Individual Counseling

Individual Counseling sessions provide a safe, confidential and connected space where we work together to tackle distressing emotions, beliefs and experiences that are making you feel stuck.

This is a time you can focus on your struggles, frustrations, accomplishments and obstacles and learn new skills to live a life  fully you enjoy.

EMDR Therapy

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a unique form of psychotherapy that could enable you to heal the symptoms and emotional pain that have developed due to distressing life experiences.

EMDR Therapy utilizes bilateral stimulation, such as eye movements or alternate tapping, to help people reprocess difficult experiences in a physiological way. EMDR helps you not be so vulnerable to your traumatic memories.

TeleTherapy

With You Counseling Services provides therapy services to clients throughout the State of Michigan by specializing in using fully HIPAA compliant and secure software designed specifically for you to access therapy in an environment where you feel most comfortable.

From the comfort of your own home, during your lunch hour or traveling in the State of Michigan - you will be able to receive quality therapy services on your schedule.

Rates

With You Counseling Services offers a free phone consultation to briefly address if our services would be a good fit for you. We believe that establishing a good connection with your therapist is very important to successful therapeutic outcomes.

  • Individual Counseling Session: $150 - $175

* If I’m not in your network I can provide a Superbill to submit to your insurance company and you may be able to get reimbursed for sessions that you have paid for. Please contact your insurance company to explore this option.

Sliding Scale: Yes 

Please reach out to discuss a sliding fee scale if these rates are not an option for you. Money shouldn’t keep you from caring for yourself, so let’s discuss a fee that works for you, based on your income.
