With You Counseling Services helps its clients live happier, healthier and more connected lives by focusing on the whole person. We believe that at some point in our lives, most of us feel disconnected, misunderstood, dysregulated, isolated, stuck, ashamed or frustrated, yet it can be intimidating to reach out for support. Counseling often provides relief that comes from having the space to talk, receive validation, and be heard. In addition to using evidence-based interventions to help you improve your emotional health and feel better, we strive to provide services with compassion, non-judgement, mindfulness, collaboration, safety and commitment to your healing.

Individual Counseling sessions provide a safe, confidential and connected space where we work together to tackle distressing emotions, beliefs and experiences that have been keeping you stuck.
EMDR therapy targets the way memory is stored in the brain. It changes how painful memories are stored, offering clients freedom from the intensity of symptoms.
EMDR is an evidence-based approach where we work collaboratively to uncover negative beliefs while reducing problematic symptoms.
Rachel Johnson, LMSW
People are much more resilient than we usually recognize. But when we encounter challenges and stress, we sometimes forget our strengths, lose touch with who we are, & even forget what it feels like to be happy, engaged, and in control.
As your therapist, my job is to help you build up your resilience by tapping into your hidden strengths. I work collaboratively with you to create and hone new coping techniques and strategies. I understand that being vulnerable and opening up is hard, so I work without judgement; assisting you in gaining clarity around your values and priorities.
